R&D tax relief – are you prepared for all the changes?

1 April 2023 will mark the beginning of major changes to the R&D tax relief regime - either because of the changes announced in the Autumn Statement or because of those announced earlier in the year and currently already in the draft legislation.

Companies will need to start thinking now about the potential impacts of these changes on their businesses in terms of:

  • Cash flow
  • Supply chain
  • Documentation of R&D
  • Generally the way they do business in order to claim R&D tax relief
